Don McCrary & Associates, Inc. currently serves as the city engineer and the field inspector for the $4.2M Windcrest Capital Improvements Project. This project consists of improvements to streets, curbs, alleys, and driveways.

 

Construction on handicap parking, driveway for the Civic Center, and residential and commercial driveway and alley approaches have begun as of April 2006.

 

All streets in the City of Windcrest will receive varying degrees of rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of the streets will include minor maintenance, spot construction, and full-depth reclamation of the streets.
