Don McCrary & Associates, Inc. currently serves as the city engineer and the field inspector for the Live Oak Capital Improvements Project. This project consists of improvements to streets, curbs, and sidewalks.

 

Construction on the $3.5M Phase One of the project has a tentative wrap up date of May 2006.

 

Construction for Phase Two has begun as of April 2006. In this phase, rehabilitation will include the reconstruction and reclaiming of existing City streets, removal and replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains and laterals, removal and replacement of existing damaged sidewalks and curbs, and installation of new handicapped ramps.
