We have established a record of successfully completing these projects on schedule and within budget, at the same time meeting the clients expectations and goals by providing a broad expertise and experience not commonly available. This experience has resulted in our formulating effective methods and procedures to plan, design, and construct project improvements which assure high quality, technical correctness, timely scheduling and effective cost control. Our project methodology allows our clients to integrate our expertise and capabilities with their staff. This streamlines the efforts of all parties, facilitates staff input and involvement, controls consultant fees, at the same time producing exemplary projects which meet the project performance requirements, schedules and budgets.

In order to accomplish this goal, we strive to keep our staff and facilities updated on all industry and governmental developments affecting our clients areas of interest. This involves continuing staff training and maintaining state of the art computer capabilities as needed to complete our assignments. Our work is entirely computer based from concept to completion. All design work is done on current computer aided drafting and design work stations and our surveying is accomplished using electronic surveying and Global Positioning equipment integrated directly with the CADD System. This commitment, expertise and capability enables us to produce high quality planning and design documents quickly, accurately and economically.
