Don McCrary, P.E., R.P.L.S., President

Mr. McCrary graduated in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation he joined Mobil Oil Corporation as a staff engineer in the Dallas - Southwest Region Office. In 1969 he was promoted to District Engineer in the San Antonio District Office, becoming the youngest District Engineer in the Company. His early promotion was a result of demonstrated technical ability and aggressive prosecution of project assignments with exemplary results. During the next 5 years Mr. McCrary was recalled on several occasions to the Regional Office in Dallas and the Headquarters in New York City to supervise Special Projects. After an 8 year successful career with Mobil Oil Corporation, Mr. McCrary entered private consulting engineering practice.

 

Edmond McNew, Vice President

Mr. McNew has eighteen years of engineering construction and construction management experience with several South Texas firms. He has acted as both foreman and superintendent on numerous projects including utility installations and construction of buildings and drainage structures.

 

Jim Bray, Vice President

Mr. Bray has over 25 years experience in the Engineering and Construction Industry, including over eight years experience in the position of Projects Engineer/Projects Management. His extensive Engineering and Construction background includes numerous mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs of commercial, industrial, and airport facilities.

 

Bret Guzman, Survey Manager

Mr. Guzman has 14 years of experience in the fields of Land Surveying. He spent 10 years in the field as Party Chief overseeing all boundary surveying, construction staking and topographic surveys. The last 4 years he has spent in the office as the survey manager. His duties include coordination of all survey work, boundary determination, field note descriptions, subdivision plat preparation and ALTA surveys.

 

Chad LeBlanc, Design Engineer

Mr. LeBlanc has 15 years experience in land surveying through various companies in Louisiana. He has experience in construction stake out and lot surveying, bathospheric and geological surveying. He also has 8 years experience in the field of civil engineering to include asphalt/concrete/roadway testing, general design, sanitary sewer design, water distribution design, land planning and roadway design, residential subdivision design and commercial site design. He has a strong background in computer software, to include AutoCAD, Land Desk Development, and Eagle Point Software.
